- Taking approved drawing from design team for executive.
- Site visit.
- Rechecking the drawing as per site condition and inform this design team.
- Inform client executive if any change occur at site.
- Coordinating with other service like plumbing, fire and electrical for smooth run of site.
- Schedule work execution.
- Coordinating all the sub vendor and checking the quality of material and work.
- Sending daily progress report of client.
- Coordinating with planning and purchase team for material.
- Attend meeting one site and inform the discussed point meeting to project manager or planning engineer.
- Raising running bill.
- Testing commissioning
- Coordinate with design team for as built drawing.
- Taking approval on final measurement.
- Giving training to client executive.
- Handing over document.
